General Policy

Late Arrivals:

  • Please contact me via Instagram if you are running late to your appointment.

  • After 10 minutes of lateness a £5 late fee will be added to your total.

  • After 15 minutes of lateness your appointment will be cancelled and deposit lost.

    (Depending on the circumstances, a simpler set could be offered to fit within the time frame)

Cancellations & No Shows:

  • If you need to cancel your appointment please contact me via Instagram at least 48 hours in advance, less than 48 hours notice will result in a lost deposit.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without informing me beforehand, will lead to a “No Show Fee”. This is a 50% fee of the service booked, this fee is to compensate for the loss of the appointment.

  • Further bookings will not be accepted if the “No Show Fee” is not processed.

Foreign Nail Sets:

  • I do not work on anyone else’s work.

  • I provide removal services on nail sets done by previous nail techs, please add this service as an add on when booking.

  • I do not offer infills or redesigns on nails not previously done by me.

Company:

  • I do not allow +1’s

  • If a plus one arrives at the appointment with you they will be turned away.

  • If your appointment is before or after somebody you know and would like to come together, contact me via Instagram and this option may be provided.

Pricing:

  • Bartering and negotiating will not be tolerated. All nail services must be paid in full the day of the appointment.

Behaviour:

  • Rude behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to the immediate cancellation of your service and an immediate ban.

  • Yes, my cat may be present during our appointment. Please refrain from booking in case of any allergies or phobias.

  • I am willing to travel for events only, contact me via Instagram for this service.

  • For out of hours appointments a £5 fee will be charged. Contact me via Instagram for this option.

  • Parking is restricted for residents with permits between Monday-Friday.
